Excellent customer support and lovely website with great offers and discounts. I received my prayer plant in a decent pot with a quality mister and protective packaging. Very impressed.

I found a brilliant selection of plants on Beards and Daisies and my order arrived quickly. The plant is perfect and very well packaged. It all arrived intact and ready to go!

I have had several house plants now from here and every time they have been beautifully packaged and of excellent quality....hence why I keep going back. I have tried other sites but this has been my best experience so far. The range is amazing and I now have a great selection of succulents I didn't even know existed! They also have a super choice of planters to go with them!

I have ordered multiple plants from this company now and they always come extremely quickly, in great condition and packaged well. The care cards they come with are also helpful and you get occasional little treats too!I will definitely be buying more from here in the near future!

I bought a pack of three miniature succulents, and on the website the pictures shows that they come in what looks like concrete pots and a nice gift box. When I received them they were in those cheap plastic flimsy brown pots, and a very battered box in the mail. This was annoying enough, but it was also a hassle to get them to ship to my house DESPITE the fact that on their website they say that they deliver to PA postcodes. When I finally got the plants after a lot of emails to the company, they were very under watered and already starting to die, but I was able to reverse that stage thankfully in a couple of days. I put them on my widow sill so that they could get enough sun, but then they started growing a lot, even though on the website they are listed as little growth. Soon though the plants started attracting flies and they even started to lay eggs in the plant itself which meant I had to put them out in the bin. My sister bought the same plants and had the exact same experience. I do not recommend buying from beards and daisies. Please could the beards and daisies company fix these problems, and the lies on their website

The plants arrived in mint condition! I chose to order from Beards & Daisies as you made it easy to select child and pet safe plants. I would have liked a text or email to give me a delivery date a few days in advance but thankfully we were in when the order arrived. The care guides are super useful, thank you.

My order just arrived and I was impressed with the plants the packaging. They look superb and i hope and wish to keep them as beautiful as they are right now?

I had seen many advertisements and the website looked so lovely, I was extremely excited to receive my rubber plant especially with not being able to get out to buy one due to lockdown. However, I was really disappointed while my mother did order the small size, it was quite a pathetic little plant with about 3 leaves on it. The photos were extremely deceiving as they showed a much fuller plant, and despite following the specific care instructions (and my other 6 plants bought in physical stores surviving just fine) it died within weeks. Overall just disappointed and feels like a waste of money :( My mother ordered me the plant back in late November and since I’ve tried everything in my power to revive it, being embarrassed to tell her about the state of it after she too was disappointed by the size, but I’ve had to except there was probably a flaw with the plant and hope the company has since or will work on improving its images to represent the product you’ll be receiving.

My experience with B&D wasn't great to start with. There was a problem with delivery. But we're all humans and mistakes just happen. After I emailed them and explained what's going on, I received reply with solution and apologies within few hours. They've taken full responsibility for the situation.To be honest there aren't many places like them that offer such a great customer service! I will certainly order with them again.

I have now upped my review rating since Luke has reached out to rectify the situation. The very honest and apologetic email from him really turned this around and I will return as a customer in future in hopes my next transaction goes smoothly. Hopefully then I can give them 5 stars! Really outstanding customer service. I ordered from Beard & Daisies last week as they were the only company I could find with quick delivery options. I paid extra for Saturday delivery, the following day I received an email to say it wouldn’t be delivered Saturday and shouldn’t have been an option on the website. I was advised it would arrived on the 7th April instead, so I have arranged to be at home today and checked the tracking which is showing me that DPD haven’t even received the parcel so it certainly won’t be turning up today. First and last time I will be using this company.

I ordered two plants from Beards and Daisies. They were to be delivered by Royal Mail but delivery was delayed and I think they spent the night in a van on a freezing night, meaning the frost got to them. :(The customer services team did absolutely everything to replace the plants I ordered and get them to me as quickly as possible. So it's 5 stars for customer service.

Fab quality of plant and pot! Plant is thriving. Thank you.
